Why is fitness important?

For overall well being of yourself - physically , mentally , spiritually.

But coming back to the question. I have always advocated to being active in any sphere - be it swimming , sports , yoga , gym or walk.

It keeps you so energised , keeps disease free, happy from within and so much more. The benefits outweigh the one hour sweat you give.

Why is Donald Trump so obsessed with Taylor Swift not supporting him? Why would he think she would want to support a sociopathic liar who pushes election lies in order to stay in political power?
